Halloween is here so be extra careful when you’re driving to and from your Myrtle Beach condos. Many children and their parents still go door-to-door trick or treating and with costumes on, their field of vision isn’t always what it should be. It’s up to drivers to stay alert and watch for these trick or treaters whose focus is usually only on the next house.
There are alternative celebrations for those wanting a safer environment for their children. Halloween Trick or Treating at Barefoot Landing is from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, October 31. Dress the kids up and bring them out to enjoy the sights, sounds, and safety of trick or treating at Barefoot Landing.
There’s also Halloween on the Marshwalk — an annual Murrells Inlet tradition. Children are invited to trick-or-treat along the Marshwalk from 5-6 p.m. The Children’s Costume Contest winners will be announced at 6 p.m. Later in the evening, the adult fun begins, as the costumed marauders prowl the Marshwalk. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes. Inquire at any of the Marshwalk restaurants.
We have more than 1,800 restaurants, countless shopping complexes, amusement parks, live entertainment theaters, and lots more, along the 60 miles of coastal strip so you’ll have plenty of alternatives to entertain yourself with when you stay in our Myrtle Beach condos.
