Vacation Rental Deposit Form Online reservation booking requests are subject to availability, and will be confirmed by Carolina Resorts Realty in most cases on the next business day. Carolina Resorts Realty will email you a rental agreement within a day of sending your confirmation that you should print out, sign and return with an advance deposit to secure your reservation. A copy of the rental agreement document can also be downloaded from the link below. The form must be filled out and returned to Carolina Resorts Realty at 1021-A1 Sea Mountain Highway, North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29582, with your deposit check or credit card information. If you are using a credit card to secure your reservation, you may instead fax the completed rental agreement to us at 843-249-5034. The rental agreement is in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. You must have the free Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer to open the document. You can download and install the free Acrobat software by clicking on the Get Acrobat icon in the left column of this page. When you click on the link to download the rental agreement, the document will open in a new window. You can save the document to your computer by clicking on the save icon on the Acrobat Reader toolbar. You can print the document by clicking on the print icon on the Acrobat Reader toolbar.
