• Fireworks & Laser Pointers: The discharge of fireworks and the use of laser pointers are strictly prohibited on the property.
• Age Requirement: This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years for all group bookings. If booking for a group of individuals, all persons must be 25 years or older. Families with children are exempt, but the parents must be over 25 years old.
• Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required for all bookings.
