The Ashworth is a fantastic property, built by Drake Development it has all of the amenities that you are looking for in an oceanfront WiFi, including indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river and kiddee pools, plus a fitness room. Property has WI-Fi

and cable TV including all new flat screen tvs with DVD in each bedroom and a larger 42 inch flat screen in the living room, also with DVD and a TV in each bedroom. The unit was just partially remodeled in 2013 and again in 2016. It is a very nice 3BR oceanfront condo. It is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. Ocean Drive is known as the Shag Capital (SC state dance) which originated in OD in the 50s and is danced to the local beach music. Beach music and the Shag is still danced in the Beach Clubs located a short walk away on Main Street. Main street is a mix of unique shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, and beach ware shops all situated in the very quaint aura of Ocean Drive. In the past few years they have just re-opened the OD Pavillion and Amusement Park. It is the only oceanfront amusement park in the area. It is smaller sized and very family oriented. It is for sure a don't miss.

Also pets are not allowed nor is the discharge of fireworks from the property, nor is the use of laser pointers.) THIS BUILDING DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKING AND IS DESIGNATED A NON-SMOKING UNIT. This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age and the booking is to a group of individuals then all persons in a group have to be over the age of 25 years. This does not apply to mother and fathers with children albeit in those cases the parents must be over the age of 25. Rental Agreement is required!

Great location directly on the beach. Wonderful large hot tub and a relaxing lazy river and pools. Condo has lovely view of the ocean with three large bedrooms with private baths and a third bath just outside the third bedroom. Walking distance to restaurants,gift shops and more. Also, one of the best prices on the beach! Highly recommended.

Very nice 3-bedrooms 3-bathrooms apartment. We loved the location, the terrace, the view, bathrooms, dining room with ocean view, the lazy river, beach and big ocean waves. Concierges are very friendly. Almost perfect.

Condo is located on the beach. Three bedrooms three bathrooms. Easy check-in & checkout process. The condo could use some upgrades. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. North Myrtle Beach is a very nice place to stay. I would definitely stay here again if we vacation in North Myrtle Beach.

Location of property is fantastic as well as amenities; condo itself could use a little updating with appliances and add ceiling fans; rental agency is fantastic to work with; cleaning service could do a little better job as there was mold in shower and bedroom ceiling covered in insects!

Everything was clean and spacious. We were surprised that the sheets weren't on any of the beds, but there were clean sheets in a big bag. There was 1 roll of toilet paper for each (3) bathroom. There were no replacements, we bought more for the rest of the trip. 1 Roll of paper towels as well. It was quiet, elevators are smooth and fast. We were on the 14th floor. Hot tub is fantastic and huge!! Overall we were very happy.

This is a great location. However, it is a dated property. Ashworth 1402 definitely needs updating. Beds are terrible even after management replaced two during our stay. Dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes. It has an older dryer, it took 40 minutes to dry 2 bathing suits and a towel. The pots and pans were overused. Bedspreads didn't look like they had been cleaned . This all sounds a bit picky but all these minor details were impactful of our vacation. Also, in all fairness we are experiencing COVID. This is a nice place but it needs updating. It has plenty of parking and has 4 elevators which is really convenient. As far as the management company, you couldn't ask for better service. They were great to work with.

We had a wonderful time. There are many places to explore, restaurants to try and walks on the beach to do. The condo is clean and well furnished. The reality agency is extremely helpful and kind. We have been staying at this unit for over ten years.
