Next door you will find Starbucks, Martin's Restaurant and River City Cafe and Dino's Cafe. Within walking distance are some wonderful restaurants such as Flamingo Grill, Bonefish, Collector's Cafe, and Liberty Oak Bar and Grill.

1003 is conveniently located in the northern section of Myrtle Beach and near many area attractions and just minutes from the airport. The Boardwalk (between 2nd Ave. N and 14th Ave. N), Broadway At The Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, tons of restaurants, Carolina Opry, the Pirates Voyage, over 100 Golf courses and many more area attractions!

Parking is limited in the parking deck to vehicles 6 foor 8 inches or less

This property does not allow boats, trailers nor motorcycles. You may ONLY have parking permits for up to 2 vehicles. Also pets are not allowed nor is the discharge of fireworks from the property, nor is the use of laser pointers.) UNIT DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKING AND IS DESIGNATED A NON-SMOKING UNIT. This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age and the booking is to a group of individuals then all persons in a group have to be over the age of 25 years. This does not apply to mother and fathers with children albeit in those cases the parents must be over the age of 25. No House parties of any kind! Rental Agreement is required! This will be emailed to you and must be returned by fax, USPS or by email

Location of condo was great but the furniture needs to be updated and beds were really uncomfortable could be alot better if remodeled.

We were happy with our stay overall. The place was clean and was enough room for 11 of us. However the pool part was kind of a let down. The ones we have access to were not very nice. They have another set of pools, waterpark with a different lazy river that we can see from our front door. However is not the same one we are allowed to use. We even went to the front desk to see if we could even pay to have access to it the nicer one and was turned away and stated we could not. The service at the front desk of Sand Dunes was not very nice to us because we did not rent through them. However mostly nice things to say about Carolina Resorts Realty. We did have and issue with a tv in one of the bedrooms and they were out to fix it the very next day. Fast and Friendly service. It is kind of a pain to have to drive 25 minutes away to return the key. I wish we could have just left it in the condo when we had to leave. We had a flight to catch the did change on us after we book the condo. So we had to drop at the key back at the management office back track back to the airport. I was kind of a pain. Next time we just will be more aware of how far away they are from the property. But all in all we did enjoy the stay.

The condo had enough room and accommodations for our family group of 10 . Was in a good location and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.The only complaint was the beds were very uncomfortable and the AC had a hard time keeping it cool . The ocean view from the condos balcony was nice. The kitchen had everything you needed.
