The huge private beach is ever changing with the tides and currents. The many sandbars and tidal pools are excellent places for children to wade and explore. All one sees at Inlet Point is NATURE in all its glory! There are no other buildings or high rises to mar the view. The sunsets and sunrises are awe inspiring! There is truly no location on the entire Grand Strand to compare to Inlet Point in terms of its incredible natural beauty.GREAT ROMANTIC DESTINATION AS WELL AS WONDERFUL PLACE FOR FAMILIES! 3rd Floor walkup. (This property does not allow boats, trailers nor motorcycles. You may ONLY have parking permits for up to 2 vehicles. Also pets are not allowed nor is the discharge of fireworks from the property, nor is the use of laser pointers.) UNIT DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKING AND IS DESIGNATED A NON-SMOKING UNIT . This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age and the booking is to a group of individuals then all persons in a group have to be over the age of 25 years. This does not apply to mother and fathers with children albeit in those cases the parents must be over the age of 25. Rental Agreement is required! This unit is a 3rd floor condo and there is no elevator.

After many years of spending 3-4 weeks mid winter in this lovely condo, I was sorry to learn that the owners were taking it over full time soon. The view is unlike any other along the main shore; the tides and inlet currents are magnificent and ever-varied. And the sunrises without comparison. So what if it was up three flights! The interior has been well-maintained over the years. I hope the owners and family enjoy it for many years to come.

We love this location. The view is amazing and proximity to both the beach and inlet is fantastic! The description and pictures of this unit are accurate and we would love to stay here again!

Once you’ve stayed on the point at Cherry Grove, you’ll never want to stay anywhere else. The views are unbeatable! This rental probably had the best stocked kitchen out of any I have stayed in, which is a huge plus for home cooks like myself. A lovely updated kitchen and bathrooms made the unit feel like home away from home. The rental company was super easy to deal with and very friendly. The only downside is the 3rd floor walk up, but the view more than makes up for it! 10/10 would stay again!

I've been coming to the MB area for decades & this is BY FAR the best location. Loved it! Inlet on one side with calm waters & the ocean on the other side. Condo was nicely decorated & perfect for 2-4 people. We were not told (even during check in) that the pool would be closed which was a downer. Unit seemed pretty clean but saw a hair in the shower before we took one & a straw under the lamp table (both minor issues). Saw two cockroaches (killed one), both over an inch long. I can only assume there were others. Other than that last part, loved the condo & location.
