We had a great time. House was perfect for our family. We had both floors and it was just the right amount of space. We were in the general vicinity where we stayed in 2021 which we liked because we were familiar with the area. It was within walking distance to the beach, stores, food and entertainment. We liked renting the golf cart and were able to go most places in it. We would highly recommend this to a friend, relative or anyone for your summer vacation.

The location of the rental is great! The property provides a vintage experience with original wood floors. Plenty of room and comfy beds. I loved the experience of being able to walk to the beach and enjoy the sunshine.

The apartment we rented was Great! Absolutely Beautiful... Clean, Nice & Neat!!! But we did come crossed racist people!!!

This place was a little hidden gem! We loved staying here. Convenient to everything. The property management had to install a refridgerator while we were there and sent us a chocolate covered strawberries and cookies basket from Edible Arrangements for the inconvenience. The inside is beautiful and 8 of us fit comfortable

Great location directly on the beach. Wonderful large hot tub and a relaxing lazy river and pools. Condo has lovely view of the ocean with three large bedrooms with private baths and a third bath just outside the third bedroom. Walking distance to restaurants,gift shops and more. Also, one of the best prices on the beach! Highly recommended.

This place had it all for my family. Loved the room and the location you couldn’t beat. Very spacious, clean and everyone was so nice. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Very nice 3-bedrooms 3-bathrooms apartment. We loved the location, the terrace, the view, bathrooms, dining room with ocean view, the lazy river, beach and big ocean waves. Concierges are very friendly. Almost perfect.

Condo is located on the beach. Three bedrooms three bathrooms. Easy check-in & checkout process. The condo could use some upgrades. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. North Myrtle Beach is a very nice place to stay. I would definitely stay here again if we vacation in North Myrtle Beach.

Location of property is fantastic as well as amenities; condo itself could use a little updating with appliances and add ceiling fans; rental agency is fantastic to work with; cleaning service could do a little better job as there was mold in shower and bedroom ceiling covered in insects!

Air conditioning went out first night . Beds were uncomfortable TVs small

Everything was clean and spacious. We were surprised that the sheets weren't on any of the beds, but there were clean sheets in a big bag. There was 1 roll of toilet paper for each (3) bathroom. There were no replacements, we bought more for the rest of the trip. 1 Roll of paper towels as well. It was quiet, elevators are smooth and fast. We were on the 14th floor. Hot tub is fantastic and huge!! Overall we were very happy.

Ashworth is one of our favorite places to stay and CRR was simple and easy to deal with.

This is a great location. However, it is a dated property. Ashworth 1402 definitely needs updating. Beds are terrible even after management replaced two during our stay. Dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes. It has an older dryer, it took 40 minutes to dry 2 bathing suits and a towel. The pots and pans were overused. Bedspreads didn't look like they had been cleaned . This all sounds a bit picky but all these minor details were impactful of our vacation. Also, in all fairness we are experiencing COVID. This is a nice place but it needs updating. It has plenty of parking and has 4 elevators which is really convenient. As far as the management company, you couldn't ask for better service. They were great to work with.

Carolina Resorts has a great staff. The accommodations were as advertised. Will stay at resort again.

We had a wonderful time. There are many places to explore, restaurants to try and walks on the beach to do. The condo is clean and well furnished. The reality agency is extremely helpful and kind. We have been staying at this unit for over ten years.

Nice place and nice location. The living room furniture was very worn with tore spots. Tables literally falling apart. I moved it so it would not get destroyed. The parking is HORRIBLE!! You get three passes but only two were usable. Toyota Camry would not even fit in third spot.

We had a great vacation. The condo was wonderful room for all 11 of us. Thank You so much !

Overall it was more than what we expected! The save the rooms and just overall comfort and how clean the property was.

Location to beach and attractions was super. The villa's space, layout, and appliances worked out wonderfully for my family. Disappointed that HOA didn't open the pool for this location.

We had a wonderful time in the 5 bedroom, 5 bath unit. We brought a big family, kids and grandkids. The unit was definitely big enough for all of us to have our space. The unit was very clean and well maintained. We had a problem with the A/C and it was fixed in a VERY timely fashion. We were close enough to the beach to be there in a short easy walk with the public access right at us. The rental staff were very cordial and friendly. Highly recommend

Facility was nice. The only problem was that the pool was not opened and the only reason we found out (a day before we arrived) was that I asked. Even on the 'welcome' email, it listed a pool. When I suggested that they correct their website and information, they didn't last time I checked.

We had a great time despite the hurricane which blew in and out in a day. Short walk to the beach made it easy for the small grand kids. Poolside patio area was ample and comfortable for all of us. Kitchen had everything and more! Plenty of room upstairs and downstairs.

Had a great week at Easy Wind and North a Myrtle. Always a great place to vacation.

While the place is slightly dated. It was excellent. We had a great time and the location is perfect. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean, great view, and easy access to the beach. It was a nice place to stay.

Fantastic location right on beach! Access to multiple pools including indoor pool. Walking distance to several activities for adults and children. Minutes from restaurants and shopping.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Within 10 minute drive to all the attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a great condo., the best I've stayed in at Myrtle Beach. I would like to rent the same place next summer for 2 weeks, is July 3rd - July 17th available?

Overall, this is a sufficient condo but needs cosmetic updates. Carpet needs replaced. Comforters on twin beds need replaced. Two much furniture in living space. Balcony is huge with a wonderful view. Kitchen had everything you need.

The location of the property was convenient to everything. The condo it’s self was clean but dated and needs some paint, other than that the unit was sufficient.

Overall the condo was fairly nice. It was very clean when we arrived. But it definitely needs an update. There is peeling wallpaper in the kitchen and bathrooms. And the furniture in the living room/dining area need to be updated. It would be really nice to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. The outside deck was very large but really needs better furniture and a table would be really nice to have. We didn't like having to travel 20 minutes away to return the keys to the rental company when we left. The lock on the door was difficult to work and gave us trouble all week. It should be replaced by a keyless entry.

This is a great property. We have enjoyed our stay. The condo was super clean. (The balcony is dueuse a scrub but I am sure that will come in time) I liked that towel and linens were provided. The king size bed is super comfortable. The balcony is huge and even though not ocean front has a great view of the ocean. Would have loved a table on the balcony to eat and socialize. I always look at accessibility when I rent. The property is fairly accessible. From the condo to the pool and beach with ramps. Kingston Plantation and the building is really secure. There is also a security person in the lobby of North Hampton. The indoor pool was not open at this time due to COVID but we were given permission to use owners pool which is outdoor. It really is a gem. I have used Carolina Resorts Realty for sometime and have always been happy with service and communication.

Near everything. Teen kids had a blast

Our stay started off bad due to the previous renter taking the key fob for the gates as well as the parking pass. I had to park across the street in a pay lot for two days. I was reimbursed but it but it was a great inconvenience for my wife that has walking problems. Carolina Resorts and the owner contacted Holiday Towers HOA for a new parking pass. There should be a plan to resolve this issue quickly in the future. Security and building maintenance were very helpful in the condo.
I did report to Carolina Resorts that a bathroom sink did not drain, clothes dryer has rust in it that leaves rust spots on clothes, AC filters were very very dirty. The filters were being replaced when we were leaving. I found The fire extinguisher was behind the dryer. The condo was clean but could use new paint or paper over the very dark green walls.
Amusements and restaurants were very convenient and building amenities were nice. Very disappointed in the Ocean view which was somewhat visible between the building, but there a fantastic view of the dumpster that was being used by the condos and business in the area.
I know this review sounds horrific but if the items mentioned were corrected it may result in the better stay, but I would not rent again due to the DUMPSTER VIEW. I would use Carolina results again

This condo was very clean and comfortable! The workers/security were amazing keeping the place safe and well maintained. The location was great! Walking distance to many restaurants and activities, including the beach! I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. We loved the mini golf close to us and the restaurant Thorny’s was right across the street, it was delicious!

The overall stay was nice. We had a few bumps in the stay but overall it's a very nice place to stay and I would stay again.

Everything was so nice and well set up. Access was easy and once we got there we decided to extend our stay. Management was so helpful. Everything was easily accessible. Walking distance from the beach and many restaurants.

After many years of spending 3-4 weeks mid winter in this lovely condo, I was sorry to learn that the owners were taking it over full time soon. The view is unlike any other along the main shore; the tides and inlet currents are magnificent and ever-varied. And the sunrises without comparison. So what if it was up three flights! The interior has been well-maintained over the years. I hope the owners and family enjoy it for many years to come.

We love this location. The view is amazing and proximity to both the beach and inlet is fantastic! The description and pictures of this unit are accurate and we would love to stay here again!

Once you’ve stayed on the point at Cherry Grove, you’ll never want to stay anywhere else. The views are unbeatable! This rental probably had the best stocked kitchen out of any I have stayed in, which is a huge plus for home cooks like myself. A lovely updated kitchen and bathrooms made the unit feel like home away from home. The rental company was super easy to deal with and very friendly. The only downside is the 3rd floor walk up, but the view more than makes up for it! 10/10 would stay again!

This was our 2nd time returning to this condo, and we’d come back again!

I've been coming to the MB area for decades & this is BY FAR the best location. Loved it! Inlet on one side with calm waters & the ocean on the other side. Condo was nicely decorated & perfect for 2-4 people. We were not told (even during check in) that the pool would be closed which was a downer. Unit seemed pretty clean but saw a hair in the shower before we took one & a straw under the lamp table (both minor issues). Saw two cockroaches (killed one), both over an inch long. I can only assume there were others. Other than that last part, loved the condo & location.
