The unit was clean and spacious. It was located right near the ocean and other entertainment. We enjoyed for floor plans, we had more than enough space.

We had four families together for a family vacation. The rental in North Myrtle Beach was great it had enough bedroooms for everyone and lots of space. It was right on the beach so daily visits to the ocean for walks was fun. Plenty of space to move around have dinner together and enjoy the whole family. The villa does need a little updating however a good place for the price.

I love Ambassador Villas.. They are located on the beach, the rooms are furnished properly for large families. We had a couple of minor problems, (with the heat and with a tv), the realtor sent someone over IMMEDIATELY to resolve the problem. The only problem that we experienced was with parking. Though we were assigned 4 parking spaces, they were not available. Other tenants obviously used more than they were assigned. My suggestion to this problem would be to paint the unit numbers in the parking lot.

A little dated but sufficient for our trip. We had a toilet seat that was broken and called to have repaired but no one came to do the repair

We do apologize for this not getting taken care of during your stay. We had understood there was one seat that needed to be replaced that had been taken care of prior to your arrival. When you had called about a second seat that was broken, we had let our maintenance staff be made aware of this. They too were not aware of a second seat and were going to go as soon as they were able. We do appreciate your group coming down each year, and we look forward to future stays with us!

Overall, I'd say we had a very good time... The house was clean. Everything worked and operated as it should. Beds were clean and fresh shower curtains were new washer and dryer works fine. We had adequate amount of supplies for cooking,.with tons of grocery stores super close to buy cleaning supplies and food for our stay. The only thing that I would recommend is buying a few pot holders. We had plenty of wash towels,dish cloths,.dish towels, bath towels all of that... but no pot holders to get hot stuff out of the oven. We had one issue the day we were leaving and that is that one of the girls was going to vacuum her room and have a little spark and burn in the outlet... However that was handled right away when we contacted the rental office.
