Springs Towers has been a favorite for vacationers to the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach for years... the property is a boutique style 54 unit property on the oceanfront with 2 elevators, fitness room, sauna, indoor jacuzzi, outdoor pool and jacuzzi. The property has a private board walk that walks you out over the dunes and onto the beach. There are grills and picnic tables and great beachside ambience. Springs Towers 304 was gutted and completely renovated in 2015/16... all new kitchen cabinets, granite, vanities, paint, tile, carpet. brand new master bath and furnishings. This is an exceptional rental unit! Cherry Grove itself has been a family destination since the 1930s when a day at the beach meant coming to one of the several bath houses that offered shelter and showers from the sun.... it was not until the 40s that you started to see motels to arise. there had been beach cottages in other nearby areas since the 1920s. Owners update March 2015; In the past few years we have put a lot of money into our unit with all new kitchen cabinets with granite countertops, all new appliances, tile floor, etc., brand new king size bedroom suites in both bedrooms, walk in tile shower with seat in master bathroom as well as new vanity with granite tops and also in guest bathroom. There are also 2 new living room chairs and reupholstering the sofa in April 2016. We have three flat screen HD televisions, one of which is a Smart TV, DVD and VCR player with dvds and videos as well as children's books and games. The kitchen is equipped with all needed electrical small appliances as well as stemware, china and silver ware for 10-12 people. Amenities include FREE WiFi, a 40 inch Vizio HD television SMART TV with Wi fi capability for the living room. The master bedroom has a 32 inch Vizio HD television and the guest bedroom has a 24 inch Sansui HD television.. The unit is on the 3rd floor just off center in the building and is a very special unit indeed. The owner in the Fall of 2014 has added all new pots and pans, new coffee maker, and baking pans.
