This property and the unit is designated a non-smoking property. and does not allow boats, trailers nor motorcycles. You may ONLY have parking permits for 1 vehicle. Also pets are not allowed nor is the discharge of fireworks from the property, nor is the use of laser pointers.. This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age and the booking is to a group of individuals then all persons in a group have to be over the age of 25 years. This does not apply to mother and fathers with children albeit in those cases the parents must be over the age of 25. Rental Agreement is required!. Towing is strictly enforced on this property and they tow without notice so please make sure parking permits are displayed!

Not our first time staying, won’t be our last. Clean, nicely furnished unit in a peaceful condo. Great location and has everything for families young and old. My only complaints would be; it’s on the third floor and there’s no elevator, and the air conditioner unit is on the porch which makes the porch mostly unusable. That being said, we will likely be back several more times until the stairs become too much to handle. Management company great to work with.

In general, we were really happy with the unit and our stay. It was right on the beach and very comfortable. Stairs to the 3rd floor were steep but manageable. The floors in the unit were very sandy from our first walk-in. They were not swept after the last occupant. The air conditioning unit is also extremely loud. We dealt with it, but was on the annoying side.

This was a last minute rental for us. It was our first time to North myrtle beach. The lock on Lock box at realtor office does not work. We were able to get our keys because luckily we could reach them from the top were you drop off keys.

This condo has no direct sunlight. We had issues, but most were taken care of. Disposal was broken and had garbage still in it when we arrived. It was gross, but someone came the next day and fixed it. Housekeeping did not leave sheets for pull out, which we needed, but they brought them after we called. The outside storage unit’s lock was frozen. We couldn’t access to get beach chairs. We had our own, so it wasn’t a big issue. This property was clean and had been fully updated recently. The trash bag they left in the kitchen trash can was not the right size and not useable. It would have been nice to have filters for the coffee maker. It was a very basic cheap machine. They did give a starter roll of paper towels snd adequate TP, and there was a hair dryer in the unit. We usually rent in south Jersey so we’re surprised there wasn’t even salt or pepper in cupboards, but there were enough kitchen accessories that we could cook though.

The location of the property was great. Not much of a view but property is beach adjacent and the beach is nice and uncrowded. The unit itself was okay but there are issues. One toilet seat was so loose it was nearly falling off. One sheet was stained badly. Not a lot of towels, no sponge in the kitchen. The clothes washer is not in great condition. Two small twin beds in one bedroom and an uncomfortable sleeper sofa in living room. The tv's in the bedrooms were unusable. The unit overall was clean enough but for the price paid ($800+) we could have done MUCH better. Definitely not a luxury condo. The management company provided good service and communicated well.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and updated. The MB bed was very comfortable. The condo is decorated very tastefully. These are the issues we encountered that could be better: Floors needed mopping as paper towel clean up of any water wetness resulted in very dirty paper towels. Blinds in second bedroom allow the over-sized blinding exterior lighting (and peeping eyes through broken blade) to enter the room. AC takes up half the balcony and sounds like a jet engine in the MB. Chairs on balcony rusty. Small old blood stain? at top center of MB comforter. We brought our own to use as instructed. Kitchen sink faucet is mounted backwards. TV operation was difficult/defied mounted instructions. Shower heads spray a halo of water that misses for hair rinsing. Thanks for a nice stay.
