Your family will very much enjoy the marsh front environment, with its opportunities for crabbing, fishing for flounder and watching the blue herons and egrets work the water for dinner! The property has a marsh front pool, jacuzzi and kiddee pool as well as picnic tables and barbeque grill right beside the marsh... the property is located 3 short blocks to the beach and it is an easy walk to the beach as well as Barefoot Landings shopping, dining, jet ski rentals and more! This unit comes with a 65 inch flat screen TV in the living room as well as a 65 inch flat screen in the master bedroom as well as another flat screen tvs in the second bedrooms as well as FREE WiFi internet and DVD player and DVR! There is a full size washer and dryer in the condos own laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and drip coffee maker as well as all appliances and basic dishes and untensils. The unit was professionally decorated and it is very nice as well as very comfortable... The units are very attractively priced to be this nice and this close to the beach... You would certainly enjoy renting this great unit! Unit rating is Luxury

This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age and the booking is to a group of individuals then all persons in a group have to be over the age of 25 years. Property is in a very nice location. Short walk to the beach and Barefoot Landing. Property was clean and well-maintained. Definitely would recommend it!

This was our 3rd year staying in this condo and we love it every year. It is close to the beach and easy driving distance to all of our favorite places. The vent in the master bedroom did not seem to be pushing cool air but was still very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again.

This was our 2nd year staying in this condo. Very comfortable, great views, easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants, shopping and things to do. The only issue was the WiFi did not work most of the week and had to wait until day before checkout before it was fixed. Would happily stay here again!!

It was an overall great condo! Within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. However, couldn't connect to wifi, cable in bedroom doesn't work, and dvd player doesn't work. I could care less about these things as we were busy, and management tried to resolve the problem, but these items were not in working order as advertised. Also, my child and I couldn't sit on the balcony and quietly talk at night without getting a complaint and note on the door. I'm a single mom and make it a point to stay in a relatively quiet location as I don't like a lot of noise either, but the neighbors are ridiculously unforgiving of vacationers.

The condo is in a good place easy walk to beach and shopping. Very clean and well appointed. Very peaceful and quite being on the marsh side.

Vacation was great the only thing is, the pool was closed for the 2nd year we have stayed. This is the second time we have stayed here, if you like privacy this is the place. Nice, clean and quiet. The only thing is the pool, please get it open.
